Arnold Mwangi

Arnold brings over a decade of experience in venture and growth equity investing. Prior to joining Aqua-Spark, he worked at DOB Equity, a Dutch family-backed impact investor, where he invested in scalable businesses across sectors including food systems, logistics, financial services, and healthcare. Throughout his career, he has served on several boards and supported companies through fundraising, market expansion, and successful exits. Before DOB Equity, Arnold worked at PwC Kenya in the Corporate Finance & Transactions team, advising global investors on transactions across East Africa. He holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and completed the Newton Venture Fellowship executive program at London Business School. Outside of work, Arnold enjoys listening to Amapiano, attending Afro-house concerts, and is currently taking up tennis.
