Boris van Troost

ESG & Impact Officer

Boris joined Aqua-Spark’s impact team a bit over two years ago and has taken up the role of ESG and Impact Officer. Prior to Aqua Spark Boris worked as a RAS engineer, designing and setting up land-based aquaculture projects specified for a multitude of species and in various locations. He has a large interest in the technologies involved in aquaculture and believes that they will contribute to a more sustainable sector. He holds an MSc in Aquaculture and Marine Resource Management from Wageningen University. In his free time he likes to enjoy activities like swimming, cycling, spending time with friends or traveling to new locations.
