Glenn has 30 years of experience in finance, strategy and business development, with the majority of his career in aquaculture.  He has been a thought leader promoting innovation in aquaculture through roles in venture capital, consulting, and operating companies large and small.  He was the Chief Strategy and Investor Relations Officer at Mowi. Following, he has provided consultancy on strategy and business development to several companies, including Google and Tyson Foods.

He has served as Director on more than a dozen Boards & Committees of companies, and industry associations such as National Fisheries Institute, Ocean Stewards Institute, State of Maine Aquaculture Implementation Team, and a Steering Committee for the development of standards for the Aquaculture Stewardship Council.
