Chief Finance and Risk Officer (CFRO)

Leon joined Aqua-Spark in august 2024 as CFRO, with responsibility for Finance, Risk, Legal and Operations. Previously, he worked for PGB Pensioendiensten, where he was the CFRO and, in addition to Risk and Finance, was responsible for Legal, fund administration and Actuarial services. He brings about 25 years of varied experience in business management, statutory roles, valuation, risk, and M&A, mostly in the financial sector working for companies like Fortis and ABN AMRO. Leon holds a master’s degree in business economics from Erasmus University and post-graduation education in Business valuation and Investment Management. His spare time is mainly spent with his family, traveling and in his favorite sport Taekwondo.
