Senior Manager Strategic Communications & Ecosystem

Oona leads out on communications at Aqua-Spark, where she works to sharpen and amplify the Aqua-Spark message throughout its exciting global ecosystem. Before Aqua-Spark, she worked in the fields of philanthropy, tech and adult learning with organizations such as the Ford Foundation, THNK, BYCS, Tony’s Chocolonely, Booking.com and many more. She is Canadian, having grown up on the sacred and unceded territories of the Coast Salish, Nuu-chah-nulth and Kwakwaka’wakw peoples (commonly known as Victoria, British Columbia). She is based in Amsterdam and in her spare time, she enjoys meditation, hiking, cooking, watching international films and cycling absolutely everywhere!
