Theo is one of the Board Members for Portfolio companies. Prior to Aqua-Spark he worked a decade as M&A advisor, interim manager and as board member for various financial and entrepreneurial companies. He has served on boards of Ease2Pay (Fintech startup), Collect Car (f.k.a. Greenwheels) and Monuta. He also was informal investor in innovative (nano-technology in batteries, nutrition app) and sustainable (public hydrogen transport) start-ups. Before that Theo was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Getronics, a global IT- servicing company, CFO of the dutch retailbank SNS Bank and corporate controller of KNP BT, a international paper and packaging company. Theo started his career at Procter & Gamble in the Netherlands, was European financial officer for the dish care category (Brussels), was member of the M&A team for Eastern Europe (Prague) and financial officer of the Health and beauty division.

With his experience and skills Theo wants to work closely with the Aqua-Spark portfolio companies to maximize impact of sustainable aquaculture.
